104 Laurel is a renovated warehouse built in 1935 and nestled in the Historic Riverfront District of Conway, South Carolina. We are a short walk from Conway’s Riverfront Walkway, the Kingston Marina, Cypress Inn and the Conway Marina and Riverfront Park.

104 Laurel is available as an à-la-carte event location, but should you prefer a more turn-key option, our team can recommend excellent local vendors to help coordinate all aspects of your special event.
With a maximum capacity of 250 guests, 104 Laurel boasts original pine, wide-plank flooring, exposed wooden rafters, brick walls, wood columns, and a fully dimmable lighting system through out the space.
104 Laurel also boasts a rear deck, with a view of the Waccamaw River, the Riverwalk, and the Main Street Bridge. The space is fully climate controlled, handicap accessible, and offers plenty of guest parking.
